When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and hashed (encrypted) password. When you use the resume builder, we process your resume text and job descriptions to generate an AI-optimized resume. We store your generated resume in your account so you can access it later. We collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.
Your data is used to (a) run your account, (b) generate AI resumes, (c) show your public profile to employers if you choose to make it public, (d) send transactional emails about your account, and (e) improve OneApply. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
Your resume text and job descriptions are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your resume. This is the same AI that powers many leading products. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models (see Anthropic's privacy policy). We don't store your raw resume text — only the structured output.
If you create a public profile, it is visible to anyone on the internet including employers. You can set your profile to private at any time from Settings. We encourage you to only share information you're comfortable being public.
Payments in USD are processed by Gumroad, a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your card details. PKR payments via NayaPay are processed directly and manually by our team. We store your email and plan level only.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing info@oneapplyai.co. We will process your request within 7 business days.
You agree not to use OneApply to submit false information, spam employers, scrape our database, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. The AI resume builder is a tool to help you present your genuine experience — do not fabricate experience.
